She's crying, lying on the floor,
The carpet stained, the wide open door.
A knife in hand, finger's turned white,
His face will be stricken with so much fright.

**********************************
She walked down the hall, one step at a time,
The lights were flickering, making their own little rhyme.
Her steps were quiet, but her hands were shaking,
She wondered why the whole world was breaking.

**********************************
She opened his door, and she came face to face,
With her one true love, he stopped his long pace.
He looked confused, and saw the knife,
He knew her well, he knew the short fight.

**********************************
The ambulance came, but to no avail,
His life was gone, and her's was so stale.
She cried and cried, the knife in hand,
And watched as her love was wheeled out on a stand.

**********************************
To my dear Emma,

I have checked and all is good, however google says that 'her's' is incorrect and it should be 'hers'. But meh, I haven't lost yet!
Hope everyone like's it.
